I like this business 4. Nate was amazing help and very respectful. And he walked me throught how to sign up for insurance step by step 5. I prefer to talk instead of messages or other things, and Nate was phenomenal. He was nice and patient. He made sure I knew the important things before ending the call. And he answered all my questions until I understand. I'm changing to this insurance. 6. I always prefer to discuss matters in person at my local office. However, I recently encountered an issue that I believed had been resolved during my last visit. Unfortunately, the representative I had to contact provided inaccurate information. Consequently, I had to start from scratch and obtain a new policy. This experience was frustrating, and I could sense the tension in my voice. It’s already stressful to spend money you don’t have, and this situation added to the stress. On the positive side, the representative I worked with was incredibly patient and understanding. It was evident that he was genuinely committed to his job and not trying to sell me anything. He thoroughly understood my situation and worked diligently to find the best solution. As a result, I was able to secure a lower monthly payment and a reasonable down payment. Additionally, since we need insurance, he ensured that we had the necessary coverage. If it weren’t for his calm demeanor, I would have considered going elsewhere. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Nate the Great for his exceptional service.
